Sampling fragments from the present and the past of the city, the exhibition Eleusina. Raw Museum, curated by architect-museologist Erato Koutsoudaki, attempts to interpret the city as an exhibit, and invites the audience to an exploration of antiquity and modern times, tradition and migration, emblematic industry and long-suffering labor, the city’s relationship with art, its uniqueness and mystery. At the same time, it hints at the beginning of museum practice, paying tribute to the Eleusinian collectors who preserve the evidence of the city's past with admirable perseverance.
